  1. Introduction
SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL is a center for foreign languages and translations and we offer foreign language courses and translations to different organizations. We organize practical courses of languages in the form of interactive classes where participants will learn a foreign language by play and communication.
This notice concerns the personal data processing activities conducted by the company SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL.
The notice regarding the processing of personal data applies to all the personal data processing activities we conduct, as well as to all the interactions with our website hosted on the domain www.linguatranscript.ro.

Personal data processing
For example, in the contact form available on our page, when you are asked to provide personal information, like name, address, e-mail address and telephone number, this process is subject to special regulations and it may occur only with your prior consent. In this context, we will use your personal data solely in order to answer to your questions and suggestions. These data are not transferred. Use of social plugins

Our websites use the social share (“plugins”) feature of the Facebook.com network operated by Facebook Inc., Palo Alto, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins are identified by a Facebook logo.

Use of the “MailChimp” sender
The newsletter is sent via “MailChimp”, a newsletter sending platform managed by the American service provider known as Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA.
The e-mail addresses of our newsletter recipients, as well as their other data described in this notice, are stored on the USA servers of MailChimp. MailChimp uses the information for newsletter sending and analysis on our behalf. Furthermore, according to MailChimp, the data may be used for the optimization or improvement of their own services, e.g. the technical optimization of newsletter sending and presentation or for economic purposes, to establish the receivers’ country of origin. Nevertheless, MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter receivers to contact them in person or to send their information to third parties.
We have faith in the reliability of MailChimp, in IT and data security. MailChimp is certified according to the USA-EU Privacy Shield Framework and, thus, it is required to comply with the EU requirements on data protection. Furthermore, we have made a Data-Processing-Agreement with MailChimp. In this agreement, MailChimp undertakes to protect our users’ data, to process the data on our behalf solely in accordance with the regulations on data privacy and not to transfer the data to third party. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service offered by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses the so-called “cookies”, text files stored on your computer and allowing the analysis of how you use the website. The information on how you use this website (including your IP address), gathered by cookies, is sent to a USA Google server and stored there. Nevertheless, if Ip anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address is first abbreviated by Google in the European Union Member States or in other states members of the Agreement regarding the European Economic Area.
It is only in exceptional cases that the full IP address will be transferred to a USA Google server and abbreviated there. At SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL, we take our best measures to provide our clients and partners with services of foreign language training, translations and interpretation and the organization of events in foreign languages.

The collection of your personal data is limited strictly to the data required for your highest quality experience regarding our services and the use of our website.
The personal data we process may include:
  1. basic identity data, such as last and first names, position for the making of the customized materials in the courses and the registration of attendance to specific events
  2. contact data, such as the postal work or, as applicable, home address, e-mail address, telephone number
  3. bank account and other financial information allowing us to perform the contractual relation of any kind, if there is such a relation
 
Furthermore, if you want to join our team, we will process data required in the recruitment process, such as your full name, e-mail address, telephone number and mailing address, any other data you may disclose to us by the application forms you supply by applying directly on the website, by physical forwarding or transmission to our office or by e-mail. – during the client-Lingua Transport lecturer interactions, conducted under a contract of collaboration or in the preliminary discussion, in the negotiation and drafting of such a contract
– via our website, when you subscribe to one of the events/training sessions organized by our company
– when you contact us by e-mail, if you express your interest in our services or in being employed or hired by our company or in a collaboration with it, and
– in the context of a meeting in a business event (for example, by exchange of business cards).

Since you are entitled to know the purpose of personal data processing, we will notify you before we process your personal data for a different purpose than the one for which you entrusted us with such data.
Contractual relation with the clients
Under the contract made with you, as client of SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL, we will process all the personal data you submit to us, as well as any other data required for the exercise of our profession and the supply of the service, in accordance with the contractual provisions.

If you are our client or if you contacted us for professional purpose, we are processing your personal data based on the lawful interest in sending to you communications specific to the Service of Information (Newsletter or Member account) which are important to you or your business, including invites to our events.
When you subscribe to the Service of Information (Newsletter or Member account) directly via our website or by another direct request, we will ask for your consent regarding the processing of personal data, for the supply of the services to which you want to subscribe.

If you decide at any time that you no longer want to benefit from the Service of Information (Newsletter or Member account) and you withdraw your consent, we will comply with your decision and will no longer process your personal data for this purpose.
The personal data collected in the recruitment process and used for the recording of the prior recruitment processes is stored for a 10-year period as of when you submitted your application to SC LINGUA TRANSCRIPT SRL.
We will erase your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes in which it was collected or when you withdraw your consent (if the processing of personal data is based on your consent), unless the processing of your personal data is required under legal rules or if we are entitled otherwise to continue the processing. Furthermore, we would retain your personal data for an additional time, if its immediate erasure required the overwriting of our back-up and disaster recovery systems.

Personal data is secured against threats and we make sure that it is protected by adequate IT security and infrastructure measures. Moreover, we have implemented internal measures allowing us to identify, notify and document breaches of personal data security as soon as possible.
If we detect a breach in the security of your personal data, which poses a risk for your rights and freedoms, we will notify the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing. You will be informed about the breach of the security of your personal data, if it leads to a high risk regarding your rights and freedoms.

  2. The right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data.
  3. The right to obtain the restriction of processing of personal data. This right is available when:
 
you contest the accuracy of your personal data we are processing,
the processing is unlawful,
we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require that they are kept for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims
you object to processing, pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds exist.

We will analyze each request and we will notify to you the actions taken to this end, as soon as possible, but within maximum one month as of the registration of your request. If you require additional information from you or if the resolution of your requests encounters difficulties, we will notify you immediately that we need additional time for the proper fulfilment of your request.
If you consider that we did not fulfil all of your requests or if you are not happy with our answers, you may file a complaint with the National Authority Supervising the Processing of Personal Data. You may also approach the courts of law to this end.
